Shipping
We sell our collection as a pre-order. You pay when you order and we make sure your parcel is at your door within 4–8 working days.
Delivery time and costs
- Delivery time: within 4–8 working days of your order.
- We ship with PostNL, currently within the Netherlands only.
- Shipping: €6.95 per order.
- Free shipping on orders from €200.
What if it takes longer?
If we cannot make 4–8 working days, we email you straight away with the new expected date. If you do not want to wait, you may cancel your order free of charge and get the full amount back within 14 days.
Track and trace
As soon as your parcel is on its way, you receive a PostNL track and trace code by email, so you can see exactly when it will be delivered.
Not at home?
PostNL will try to leave the parcel with a neighbour or take it to a nearby PostNL point. You will be notified. Please collect your parcel in time: a parcel that is not collected comes back to us (see our return policy).
Damaged or lost
Does your parcel arrive damaged, or has it not been delivered 3 working days after shipping? Email your order number to info@monfrero.com. We reply within 24 hours on working days and sort it out with you.
Returns
You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt. Return shipping is at your cost, and sets and bundles are only taken back complete. Everything is in our return policy.
