Which size should I choose?
Our clothing fits true to size. Are you torn between two sizes? Email us your height and weight at info@monfrero.com, and we'll advise you within 24 hours on working days. If it still doesn't fit, you can send it back within 14 days.
What does pre-order mean?
We sell our collection as a pre-order. You pay when you order and we make sure your parcel is at your door within 4–8 working days.
When will my order be delivered?
Within 4–8 working days of your order, with PostNL. You receive a track and trace code by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. If it unexpectedly takes longer, we email you straight away and you may cancel free of charge.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.95. We offer free shipping on orders over €200. Find out more in our shipping policy.
How do I return an item?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt. Email us your order number and what you are returning; on working days you receive the return address within 24 hours on working days. Return shipping is at your cost. Everything is in our return policy.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We do not do separate exchanges. Return the item and place a new order in the size you want. Unsure about your size? Email us your height and weight before you order.
Can I return part of a set or bundle?
No. A set and a Triple Bundle are one item with one price. They can only be returned complete, with all pieces unworn and unwashed.
How can I pay?
You'll see all available payment methods at checkout. Payment is processed through Shopify's secure checkout.
How do I wash my Monfreró clothing?
Always check the care label in the garment. Wash at a low temperature, inside out, and preferably air dry. This helps preserve the color and fit.
